To enable York Networks to manage support requests quickly and efficiently it is necessary to raise a ticket with the Helpdesk. A ticket can be raised at any time by emailing helpdesk@yorknetworks.com. It is important to remember to include as much detail as possible, including any error messages. Email submission is available to all customers.
Telephone support is provided to customers with selected account types. If you account includes telephone support you can register up to 3 contacts numbers for support. When you call 0845 004 5501 and select Option 2 you will be automatically connected to a member of the Helpdesk. If you are not registered for support you will be informed when you select Option 2.
Before raising a ticket please ensure that you have checked the system status website to ensure that your problem is not related to a known system event. When raising a ticket please include your account number or domain name and as much relevant detail as possible to assist in a speedy resolution.
We aim to answer and resolve all support enquiries within one business day. |
